Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to debrief the R.E.A.L. Profile?

Allow 40 minutes to an hour for a simple debrief. If you add the questions we suggest to help the person take in their results and find ways to progress, allow about 2 hours.

When should I use the R.E.A.L. Profile?

One to one, at the start or in the middle of a coaching programme, and again at the end to measure the progress made. With a team, each member takes the R.E.A.L. Profile; you choose whether to send them their profile or hand it over during the workshop.

How do I generate the Team R.E.A.L. Profile?

Create an “assignment group” to assign an individual profile to each team member, then generate the “team profile”. It is free. The team profile averages the completed individual profiles and can be regenerated as often as you like.

Once certified, how much do R.E.A.L. Profiles cost?

Certified coaches, consultants, trainers and HR professionals get volume pricing, from €55 excl. VAT for a single profile down to €20 excl. VAT each for 300. The team profile is free.

How long does the certification take?

About 10 hours of self-paced e-learning on our platform, in French. You can start as soon as you register.
