Are your courses available in English?
No. All our courses are taught in French, live online. For the R.E.A.L. Profile in other languages and for distribution partnerships, see the-real-process.com.
Can I join from outside France?
Yes. Everything takes place online (Zoom and an e-learning platform). Sessions follow Paris time.
How do I get an invoice?
If you registered with the institute, ask the support team. If a certified trainer registered you, contact them directly.
How do I connect to Zoom for the workshops?
Follow our Zoom connection guide (PDF, in French).
I cannot log in to the e-learning platform
Regular users have no password: check the course link with your trainer, or ask us again via the support form. If the problem persists, clear your browser cache.
The next level of my course is locked
In courses with live workshops, your trainer unlocks each level after the workshop. In self-paced courses, the next level opens once you have completed the previous one.
I lost my password
Click “Forgot password?” on the platform login page and follow the instructions.
