Neurosensorial Institute develops and teaches neuroscience-based approaches to help people and organisations switch from automatic to adaptive mode.
Olivier Masselot and Samy Kallel have worked together since 2011. Their joint work gave rise to the neurosensory approach and the Neurosens protocols, and to two books, Le leadership du cœur (2018) and Les promesses de l’intelligence neurosensorielle (2019). Olivier Masselot designed the neurosystemic approach.

A former studio musician and conductor, Olivier Masselot trained in coaching, teaching and neuroscience (Dr Jacques Fradin’s ANC). He translated the bestseller Transurfing into French and published NeuroQuantis in 2012, the basis of the neurosystemic approach he designed. Author, speaker, trainer and supervisor of coaches, he holds the ICF MCC credential and practises holacracy.
Co-founder
An expert in the psychology of leadership, coach and speaker, Samy Kallel supported managers of large companies for more than thirty years. An NLP master practitioner, he trained in Roberto Assagioli’s psychosynthesis. He also co-wrote Viens voir la vie autrement, an initiatory novel, with Florence Teste.
His research now focuses on lucidity and on opening human beings to their spiritual dimension, where neuroscience, philosophy and contemplative traditions meet. He explores how we perceive, how we live our experiences and how we relate to ourselves, to others and to God. By this word he does not mean an outside, separate being, but the one reality, Being itself, already present and whole in each of us, which inner agitation covers without ever altering it.
The V.O.I.R. process is a way to let this agitation settle and to recognise what is. He now develops it independently. His work and V.O.I.R. activities are separate from the Institute’s offer.
