A complete training in coaching skills
Using neuroscience and the neurosensory approach, you learn to support individuals, leaders and teams with coaching tools, and to guide them towards an authentic stance that fosters collective intelligence.

What you will learn
- Analyse a person’s or an organisation’s issue systemically and build a resolution strategy
- Define precise, adaptive objectives and a people-centred action plan
- Develop awareness and autonomy through powerful questions, active listening and direct, positive communication
- Turn obstacles and resistance into new opportunities
- Measure the value created and anchor new practices over time
- Support managers and leaders towards people-centred leadership with neurosystemic tools
Programme topics include the brain’s four centres of governance, stress and emotion management, the GROW model, values and beliefs, NLP, the adaptive dimensions, Ofman’s quadrant, transactional analysis and DISC-based social styles.

Getting your ICF ACC credential
Our course covers the 8 ICF competencies. To apply for the ACC credential you also need to:
- complete our Mentoring & Supervision Mastermind with the ICF Pack (10 h in a group + 3 h of individual mentoring). With the 71 live hours, this makes the 84 hours recognised by ICF;
- log 100 hours of coaching, at least 70 of them paid, in the 18 months before applying;
- submit a recorded and transcribed coaching session (20 to 40 minutes);
- pass the ICF exam on the competencies, coaching stance and ethics.
