The neurosensory approach

Neurosensory intelligence is our ability to connect body sensations and thoughts. It finds solutions the intellect alone cannot see.

A cognitive, behavioural and emotional approach

Developed since 2011 by the institute’s founders, the neurosensory approach builds on neuroscience and on a guide we all have: observing our body sensations. By restoring communication between body and brain, it helps release blocks created by conditioning and boosts clarity, intuition and creativity.

The Neurosens protocols

Sixteen protocols combining the power of neurons and body. A few examples:

  • Make the observer stance and stepping back automatic
  • Connect to your sensations and develop sensoriality
  • Bring attention back to the present and to action
  • Release stress
  • Release an emotional fixation
  • Dissolve fears about a goal
  • Confirm a decision by calling on intuition
  • Boost action and self-confidence
