Data we collect

Contact and support forms: name, email, phone and company (optional) and your message, to answer your request. These forms are processed by our host, Netlify.

Newsletter, ebooks, brochures and webinars: first name, last name, email, phone and status, to send you the resources requested and our news. These forms are managed by ActiveCampaign and protected by Google reCAPTCHA. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in each email.

Course registrations take place on Digiforma, then on our training platform, which have their own terms.

Cookies and audience measurement

This site sets no measurement or advertising cookies without your consent. If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (audience measurement) and the Meta (Facebook) pixel (ad effectiveness). Your choice is kept for six months in your browser; change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page. YouTube and Vimeo videos only load when you click “Play”; these services may then set their own cookies.

Recipients

Your data is used by the Neurosensorial Institute team and our technical providers (Netlify, ActiveCampaign, Digiforma, Google, Meta) only for the purposes above. Some providers are outside the European Union; transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Contact and prospect data is kept for at most three years after our last exchange. Course-related data follows the legal periods applicable to training providers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. Write to contact@neurosensorial-institute.com or to the postal address above. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
