- The structural basics of any organisation: roles, circles, purposes, accountabilities
- Self-mastery: handling stress and emotion in the moment
- Removing the causes of tension in the organisation
- The adaptive manager’s tools: delegation, decision-making, priorities
- Authentic communication and difficult personalities
- Debriefing the R.E.A.L. Profile
- Active listening and capturing information
- Facilitating effective governance and operational meetings
7 four-hour workshops and 6 two-hour practice sessions on Zoom; all sessions are recorded.
